Detailed Description

Title:Graphical display of pairwise linkage disequilibria between SNPs Description:Produces a graphical display, as a heat map, of measures of pairwise linkage disequilibria between SNPs. Users may optionally include the physical locations or genetic map distances of each SNP on the plot.
